Staff Development Offsite Meeting (4 June 2017)

Our teachers and management team had the first of our Offsite meetings of the year this afternoon. It was fantastic to get together as a team and make sure we're on the same page with our goals, vision, accountabilities and values. In the whole, a very productive afternoon!​ The achievements of the past 12 months were discussed and reflected upon, and goals for the following 12 months and strategies to achieve these as a team were discussed along with feedback in key areas. The afternoon was well received by staff, and we gained a lot of insight by getting together as a team.
